I really like your pictures! :) The land fill seems sad. Us humans and our waste. But at least there's still some nature in the world, like the little water fall. Healthy Eats!

The Price Freedom School supports healthy living! A very important part of living is taking care of your temple (body)by offering it healthy foods. The picture below shows a typical "healthy" lunch prepared and enjoyed by the Price Crew!

Homemade (spelt flour) Lemon Ginger Noodles:

Ingredients:
Noodles: Spelt Flour, warm water, olive oil
Sauce: bring to a high simmer 2 lemons sliced(reserve zest & add at end), chopped leeks, soy sauce, water (can use broth), olive oil
Saute Veggies: In olive oil: onion, garlic, zucchini, chick peas, artichoke, sea salt & pepper
*THE MIX: Put al dente pasta (can use dry or your own recipe) in the sauce mixture (after it's been simmering for 15-20min), add cooked veggies, let it chill out in sauce pot for about 10-15min, add fresh spinach, sliced roasted red pepper, zest and toss!

Enjoy with a healthy salad (NO iceburg!) and some naan!

Journey to the North Pole... by Elon

It is time for our last journey. This time, to the North Pole. So far I feel like I'm the only one who has some sense on the journey. I've been having mixed emotions about traveling to the North Pole. However, I am mostly excited!

One night when Lt. Robert Perry told me he didn't want me coming with him to the pole, I felt terrible. He wanted to be the first- and only to arrive- taking ALL of the credit. Then, I thought, I'm not going to let him take my dream away. So, the next morning I took my sled and dogs, and set out early to make my dream come true.

When I was two hours away, I realized this, is what a good man would do: WAIT WITHOUT GREED. So, I waited for Perry. When he got there, I made it clear to him that this dream is big enough for us both to share.

And now, the U.S.A. claims victory (being the first) at the North Pole- but the credit should be to me for keeping Lt. Robert Perry alive!
